Avalon - To all contractors and developers: Avalon's planning and zoning board has been renamed Avalon's variance board because the board grants a variance to anyone who asks! Our small lots were okay with our modest sized homes. It is up to the zoning board to uphold our rules. Avalon's zoning board has let the homeowners here down, by granting way too many variances, and not upholding Avalon's laws. Why have laws if you do not enforce them?
