Avalon - Again, the Avalon Borough Council is considering allowing a boutique hotel in the B-1 zone. Great, no problem, love to see it. However, I would like to know how they will address the Borough's obligation to their COAH settlement. Redevelopment in the B-1 zone requires the developer to address the low income units in the Borough's settlement obligation.
