Avalon - By 7 a.m. Dec. 21, it had rained 1" and my street flooded as always because of huge houses on medium sized lots and too much concrete coverage. Plus full moon high tide with corrosive salt water adding to flooding. A cop patrol car came down our street and right through 1" of salt water. I see why they have to buy new cars each year, and why our taxes go up and up.
