Why so few trashcans on the Avalon beach? The 44th Street beach was refurbished with benches and informative ecological postings to encourage folks to learn and be respectful of the environment, yet there is nowhere to leave your trash and often it's left on the beach for someone else to recover. Please put an end to this and provide what the public needs to keep our beaches and paths beautiful and trash-free.
