Why does Avalon allow 24 hour parking at 7th St inlet overlook. Some have been sitting there a week denying visitors from enjoying a few minutes of observing the inlet...When did this area become a free parking lot? The police also need to observe kids on bikes without helmets and riding on wrong side of road.My tax money wasted on non enforcement.
