Why are the police in Avalon so weak? A group of high school kids were drunk on my beach and ruining my family’s day with their language and obnoxious behavior. The police came and warned them. The kids laughed. Then a beach patrol lieutenant came about an hour later and kicked them off the beach. Something needs to change in the Avalon Police Department.
