While it's certainly regrettable that over 150 Bald Eagles were killed by wind mills, resulting in a $8 million fine by the state of Montana, what the Avalon Spouter failed to mention is that the deaths occurred over the course of a decade, in 8 different states. In other words, an average of 2 Bald Eagles per state per year.
