When you go out to eat, remember the service, not the server. Reward great service with a great tip, good service with a good tip, mediocre service with a mediocre tip and bad service with a bad tip. Too many servers have a sense of entitlement. They think that they are playing pee-wee ball and everyone is entitled to the same trophy.
