We lived in Phila for 9 yrs before moving to Avalon full time during the pandemic. We went back to Phila for 3 days as our son and his wife had a baby at U of Penn. What Jim Kenney has done to that city is beyond sad. Sanctuary City? Yes it is --and its a mess. I lived there during the Nutter administration and it wasn't as bad as it is today. If you're going to Phila., stay safe.
