We live in a beachfront property, and last night, a group of boisterous kids came riding down the street on their bikes. they all had rolling luggage that they carried alongside the bikes, and took them down to the beach. We went out on the porch to watch the sunset when we saw the group - they had opened the luggage, which was full of alcohol. Then they lit a fire, which I don’t believe is legal, but we chose to ignore it. When it got dark out, I looked outside and saw they they were all dancing wildly around the fire. it was kind of spooky, but I guess they weren’t harming anyone.
