We are in a shutdown until Apr 30th. the mayors in all the shore communities are asking non locals to stay away, yet everyday you see posts about summer restaurants opening up this weekend and next. Doesn't this encourage people to come down here?? Who is supposed to be enforcing the shut down rules?
