We are just repairing our fifth flat tire (we have two cars) of the summer. We have a long way to go until Labor Day. Once again it’s a nail. Getting expensive when you need to replace two tires that are fairly new. How can we make builders and dumpster users more responsible? Assess a fee for tire repairs?
