Usually we don't talk with strangers-- but we met such a nice gentleman named MATTY on Dune Drive in Avalon during the holidays that gave us some very, very helpful real estate advice. He talked with us for 20 minutes without hesitation or bother, but we lost his business card. Hopefully he will see this, or anyone knows a MATTY in Avalon have him reach out to Stan and Betty, I'm sure he remembers our names! We would remember his face. Its rare to meet someone like him these days..
