Two recent spouts noted the resurgence of out-of-control bicycles. They might as well ban vehicular traffic on First Avenue in Avalon. Police will do nothing to enforce bike laws all summer, as usual. Public education, warnings and finally aggressive enforcement would work. I can't blame Avalon alone. By Memorial Day, bikes will rule coastal Cape May County.
