Trump claims that his indictments are motivated by nothing more than election interference. He knows something about that subject. He attempted to illegally and unethically interfere in the 2020 election result. Now he's facing REAL election interference - based on the Constitution. The 14th Amendment states that anyone who "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against the Constitution after taking an oath to defend it is ineligible to hold office. That describes Trump perfectly. He is ineligible (and unfit) to sit in the White House again.
