There is a private business obstructing public right of way on the Avalon boardwalk. A local restaurant has set up tables and chairs, with umbrellas, on the boardwalk and has made it very difficult to get through the area. I understand that last year there were special circumstances but Covid restrictions have been lifted. This year, they've added even more tables. When is the Borough going to intervene? It's unbelievable that the town is allowing this to continue.
