Thank you Joe MCDevitt of Cape Issues group for another great article. I noticed on the Budget page posted in his article show that there is an increase of 5.5% increase in the salary line. How can that be when the state only allows a 2% increase in salaries? Hope Joe looks into the county salaries and county spending.
