A teenager on the sidewalk failed at his skateboard trick and sent his skateboard flying within inches of my 5-year-old daughter's legs who was just walking by on the sidewalk. I hope police will crack down on sidewalk skateboarding. If I saw an officer in the area that night I would have complained, but none were in sight.
