As a tax payer I was wondering in the less than successful Army Corp will be sending us tax payers who fund them a thank you for all the money we send them. They take our money dig up sand lumps offshore and pump the sand onto beaches for past 50 years with same results. Ocean then takes the sand and pushes it to Wildwood beach or inside our inlets choking inshore waterways causing more flooding . An intelligent person once said years ago "doing same thing over and over with same results is clear sign of stupidity and proves Army Corp is flat out Stupid but they love our tax dollars
