Why hasn't the young man on 80th St.

Avalon / Stone Harbor - Why hasn't the young man on 80th St. beach, Adam Blake, been awarded a medal or key to the town of some sort? He's been a champion of the people down there; scaring away seagulls and pestering any trouble makers looking to bring this old lady grief. He plays his rock music at a reasonable volume. Can the mayor please recognize Adam Blake? Either town, it doesn't matter. He's already back in New York, but I am sure he'll return for a proper ceremony. He has done more for the community than any beach patrol member.
