Avalon / Stone Harbor - There is a good deal of agitation and unhappiness coming from the non-resident owners in Avalon and Stone Harbor...for good reason. The townies are NOT listening to the tax payers. Town Council, Planning/Zoning ignore the calls for slowing growth and issuing variances for any project. In non shore towns, the voice of the people carries weight...not here. Officials hide behind lawyers, vague codes/ordinances to avoid making proper decisions.
