I was born and raised in Sewell and vacationed in Avalon/Stone H

Avalon / Stone Harbor - I was born and raised in Sewell and vacationed in Avalon/Stone Harbor. Ten years ago, I relocated to Illinois. Two weeks ago, I returned east to N.J. and the shore. Both Avalon and Stone Harbor have a problem. Is it really necessary to build mansions on every lot? Too many cars, people, etc. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.
