Have the hotel, motel, restaurant and small market owners in tow

Avalon / Stone Harbor - Have the hotel, motel, restaurant and small market owners in town taken notice that with their very high prices that go up every year, the public, who visit every year, are just about tapped out? A family cannot afford the prices on 7 Mile Island anymore. I'm sure this is a problem in other area shore communities.
