Avalon / Stone Harbor - Can anyone imagine if the roles were reversed and Avalon had a marina and large parking lot on 79th Street? We had spoils and geotubes which rupture three times with a threat to the environment and homeowners of Stone Harbor? They would be up in arms, at council meetings, in the media and in a court of law with an injunction against dredging of spoils. Please tell us if the roles were reversed what would be happening.
