To the Stone Harbor spouter who posted there is no way Stone Harbor could merge with Avalon because "they just don't do things 'our way:'" Thank God we don't! We have a five-star library operating only one year after we, the voters voted to approve leaving the county system. Excellent programs, plus now tax dollars being returned to our community, not the county. We have experience, dedicated leadership and we, in Avalon are very happy we don't operate our town 'your way.' P.S. How is your new library?
