To a spouter who said "kids laying around all day in the office in the recreation building:" You are implying that the employees of the Recreation Department do not work hard. Obviously, you are not informed of all they do to bring a wide variety of events and entertainment to Avalon. These employees work late nights and weekends and have little time off on weekends. Instead of complaining about them, you should be thanking them for all they do to make Avalon a special place to live and vacation. Thank you, Recreation Department employees - you are wonderful.
