So now the Democrat Party are mistakenly using the Constitutiion (something in which they don’t believe because it protects us from people like them) to prevent President Trump from being sworn in as President They talk about a phrase in the 14th Amendment that says that one can’t be an elected official if you have been part of an insurrection against the United States. They’re referring to the January 6 th . Even their own FBI said it wasn’t an insurrection ,and their own “special” prosecutor did not charge him with insurrection.
