To set the record straight on garbage pick-up in Stone Harbor vs Avalon: It costs Stone Harbor $1 million a year more for garbage collection vs. having the homeowner bring the garbage to the street like Avalon. So Avalon has twice as many houses so it will be closer to $2 million there. It's a great system in Stone Harbor but labor is higher because of the way we pick it up. So to the spouter, it doesn't cost the same. But in Stone Harbor, it's great not to have garbage cans blowing around and garbage at the curb for days.
