Seeing that less than 1% of US citizens ever serve in the military, it’s time to institute mandatory military service for two years. Objectors have to be in a civilian volunteer service. Maybe this will help instill a sense of service above self, and entitlement in this country. This country is now all about what it can do for me, instead of what I can do for my country.
