Regarding the comment on a third term for Trump via Vance and Stefanik being elected, appointing Trump as Speaker of the House, and then resigning, that's a no-go, as the Speaker of the House is not appointed but is elected by a majority vote of the House of Representatives. And even if that very remote improbability somehow came to be, he still couldn't serve a third term.
