Regarding the article on Food Truck Operators and New rules, this sounds like typical NJ regulatory overreach. We spend part of our year in Central Oregon, where there are over 125 food trucks with incredible food offerings. Many of the trucks are permanently located, whether it is a distillery, brewery or "beer pod" location. They don't have to be moved periodically and the industry is thriving there. Middle Township-they provide tax income and food options for the tourists and residents of Cape May County! Network with Deschutes County in Oregon and see how they do it!
