Avalon renovated two public piers, one on 5th Ave.

Avalon / Philadelphia - Avalon renovated two public piers, one on 5th Ave. and the other on 25th St. They did a wonderful job however the platforms are no longer submerged in the water at high tide. This makes it very difficult to enter the water or exit using the ladders without stepping on the bottom especially if someone has a physical disability. Please lower the platforms or put steps into the water.
