Okay, obviously some people do not understand the principle of supply and demand. Do yourself, and more importantly educate your family, as to why some properties are very expensive. Whether it be Avalon, Santa Barbara, Naples (FL), or the upper east side of Manhattan, prices for real estate are going to be much higher than the local workers will ever be able to afford. Stop whining, grow up, and do something constructive. Oh, by the way, beach tags are here to stay. Move on!
