Ok, the 2nd home thing is a grey area, but, the people at the beach house at the end of the street are brand new “renters”. That’s right, the town real estate agency thinks it’s perfectly ok to rent to people from NY during this trying time, I hope this is addressed next time around, this is by no means an essential business, I think the state DCA should review all realtors books and fine the ones that endangered our health.
