The activities you cite that can cause diseases - drinking, smoking, eating fast food and bakery products - do not directly threaten the lives of others. Anti-vaxxers do. The preventive vaccines you cite - flu shots, shingles shots, and "pnumonia" shots - are for diseases that do not directly endanger the lives of others. Those who refuse to be vaccinated against this virus for no good reason put the lives of friends, family, and the entire citizenry at risk. Anti-vaxxers are the main reason for the spread of the disease.
