NJ Gov. Murphy issued Executive Order No. 114 on 4/3/20, directing U.S. and NJ flags be flown at half-staff indefinitely, in recognition and mourning of all those who have lost their lives and been affected by COVID-19. Why would anyone delight in seeing flags at full staff in contradiction of this order? Do they not mourn for lives lost and those affected?
