The newly revealed "Use of Force" dashboard released by the A.G. should be eye-opening in a big way. Not because the police are using force but because the majority of people they have to use force against are having mental health issues. The problem has been identified as many of us have known. It's not police use of force, it's mental health. What is the state going to do about it?
