My family, visiting from Santa Barbara, are passionate skateboarders and were looking forward to skating while here. As a resident who thinks Avalon has the best of everything, imagine my shock and dismay when we found the features covered with debris and worse, some were in such disrepair as to be unsafe with nails popping out. It should either be the best or be demolished.
