A month ago, Speaker McCarthy declared on Sean Hannity’s show on Fox that it was time to pursue impeachment proceedings against President Biden. He followed up this weekend by saying an impeachment inquiry is the “natural step forward” and has said proceedings could begin in the coming weeks. Not only have House Republicans repeatedly failed to find evidence to back up their allegations… and not only do they keep getting caught spreading false claims “riddled with errors” …and not only do they keep making bogus, non-existent things the predicate for impeachment … Put up or shut up.
