On May 1, 2003, President George W. Bush announced "Mission accomplished" in Iraq. If the mission was accomplished, why is it that there has been war and turmoil in Iraq for the last 11 years? If Bush was right, there would be no need for President Obama or anyone else to do anything about Iraq. The responsibility for this disaster lies squarely at the feet of Bush, Dick Cheney and their administration.
