Avalon Manor - I saw a couple of spouts about Upper Township and the need for their own police force, and I totally agree. Upper Township is getting away with highway robbery and sucking off the taxpayers in townships that have their own force. Upper has a cash cow in the power plant and it has a gold mine in Strathmere where it overtaxes and provides little. I also agree District One politicians need to step up.
