A Lower Township spouter persistently calls for an end to the Federal Flood Insurance program. Several other spouts and comments have pointed out that the people who are eligible for that program pay for it, but I guess he is not catching on to that important fact. It also applies to hundreds of thousands of Americans who live on the flood plains of our great rivers and bays. That includes NJ residents who don't live on barrier islands.
