Let's eliminate sale and rent signs in Avalon. In the age of the Internet, all sales/rentals are listed and virtual tours are available. Many people simply don't have the time to come to the shore to "check out a property." Our realtors do a very good job at posting listings online, and the lack, of "sale/rent" signs would certainly enhance our existing piece of paradise. A lot of other communities have already stopped this practice and it works out just fine.
