Laws in some Pennsylvania cities require gun owners to report a missing or stolen weapon. The purpose is to prevent guns from falling into the hands of criminals or "good guys" who are tempted to turn into "bad guys" because they can too easily get a gun. The gun lobby is suing those cities to force them to repeal the laws. This illustrates, again, how the NRA's anti-Christian love affair with guns enables the bloody carnage of gun violence in our country.
