A laborer at the Avalon Dept. of Public Works deserves special recognition. Pranksters dropped an extremely full trash can of recyclables in our bushes. My call for help was friendly and efficient, and the trash was picked up, plus there was a later phone call to make sure everything was okay. Thank you ADPW!
