Just suppose: There are judges who are the most qualified to be on the Supreme Court, and they even share Biden’s political philosophy, but they happen to be white males or Asian females; should they be overlooked just to appoint a Black female to the bench? Being the best judge. Does not take into consideration the race or sex of the best judge, just his or her excellence. Choosing candidates because of race (any race) is racism and wrong.
