I've lived here for a while now and one thing that gets me is the lack of a work ethic in county. We call tradesmen and get no call back. When we do get a call back, they promise to come and then don't show up. When they do show up, there's always a need for follow-up and it doesn't happen. I've also experienced this in dealing with retail businesses. They seem to want to do the least and still get paid. It seems like customers are an annoyance to them. I worked in an environment where people hustled. That's surely not the case here. Maybe if they did, we'd have a better economy.
