It’s interesting to me when locals feel like they are better than visitors. I am a local, so I can say this. You know what to expect each year. You have to leave earlier and tack about an 1/2 hour more onto your drive. Try to have patience and your wits about you. Commerce coming through the shore points is a positive thing, especially in these times.
