Avalon is RIDICULOUS! They gave planning and zoning violations to an NBA star for storing gym equipment in his garage and using his garage as a gym. I can list 20 residents right now that use their garages as gyms, kitchens, illegal bathrooms, cabanas, bars, bunk rooms...no violations for them. Get it together Avalon, this is a disgrace!
