If the children are our future what future do the children have with with such subpar educations and even worse the lowest test scores in decades.. This seems to be acceptable to a large part of the population with Oregon law that suspends a requirement for a basic-skills test in math, reading and writing to graduate high school. Signed by democrat governor Brown, how is this acceptable? Its considered a positive for the student in the name of social justice.
